Our precision seamless steel tubes are crafted from high-grade carbon steel, specifically E235 and E355 steel grades:

  • E235: With a maximum carbon content that allows for excellent forming and welding capabilities, E235 is commonly used in hydraulic systems where moderate strength is sufficient.
  • E355: E355 steel tube achieves grain refinement through controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology during the heat treatment process, and its yield strength is generally increased by 60-80MPa compared with E235. This material can effectively resist high-frequency pulse pressure, especially in pipeline system applications with working pressures above 30MPa.

The entire product process implements EN 10305-1 (E1305) and DIN 2391 standards.

  • Enhanced Efficiency: Through the cold drawn process, the surface roughness of the tube inner wall is controlled within the range of Ra 0.2-0.4μm. The inner diameter deviation of the pipe is kept at ±0.01mm. This reduces fluid resistance.
  • Increased Durability: Seamless structure, its stress distribution is more uniform. Under 10^6 cycles of load, the pipe can still maintain 85% of its initial strength. Therefore, the risk of failure can be minimized.
  • Save costs: The yield strength of the material is increased by 15-20%, and the wall thickness of the pipe can be reduced by 8-12%. Therefore, reducing the wall thickness can save material cost.
